Hi everyone! I love getting to know new people and learning about different cultures! This is one of the reasons I became a teacher, to share my experience and knowledge with people who are looking to broaden their horizons and learn a new language in a fun and friendly way.
I have over 8 years teaching experience, teaching children and adults of all ages so you'll be in safe hands.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with students from diverse cultural backgrounds, which has further developed my ability to adapt my teaching style to meet the needs of my students. I understand the importance of building a positive rapport with my students, and I am dedicated to creating a classroom environment that is both fun and educational.
In my classes, I love discussing and chatting about all sorts of fun and interesting topics. Through talking about the things we enjoy, we can work on improving our sentence structure and conversational skills and have fun while doing it!
Allowing my students to choose the things they want to learn about helps me to create a fun, interesting, and insightful curriculum, based on their individual needs.
Me as a Teacher
As stated in my introduction video, I am a TEFL certified ESL English teacher. I have over six years experience teaching English as a second language to people of all ages. I believe in using many forms of media in my lessons to allow for more creative learning. Videos, PPTs, songs, flashcards- whatever your interest, I'm confident I can find the best way to help you learn with ease.
